Making the decision to take up a Personal fitness program with a professional, experienced trainer is one of the fastest ways you can make progress towards your fitness goals; whether your goal is weight loss, body sculpting, increasing muscle mass, toning, endurance or professional athletic performance, a qualified and enthusiastic PT can help you achieve those goals in the shortest time frame, and in the safest way possible.
I train my clients using a wide variety of fitness styles as I believe wholeheartedly that variety is the key! You have to keep it exciting - this keeps your body in peak condition and also means you don't get bored with repetitive workouts. Using equipment such as the rower, treadmill and reformer, along with workouts that feature kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, sliders, boxing, benches and boxes, barbells, ankle weights and resistance bands, I create dynamic routines to suit your individual goals and abilities.
I create my client programs in 4 week blocks, generally with a minimum of 2 PT sessions per week. However this can vary depending on individual goals. I do also offer 'casual' PT - where you can come in throughout the week for a casual session doing general HIIT, Weights, Sprints or Mixed Cardio.
All of my PT clients get access to my PT Facebook page which has healthy eating advice, healthy recipes, free workouts that I create and general inspiration to make heathy food and lifestyle choices.
I also provide my clients with a calorie and macronutrient plan to suit their personal goals, and assist with meal planning.
PT client's also 'weigh-in' once a month to assess progress using the body composition scales. This is a highly motivating way to assess the effects of the training program and determine what modifications may be beneficial.
1 on 1: $50 per sessoin
2 on 1: $25pp per session.
