Liz is qualified in the areas of Matwork, Advanced Matwork, Ball Band and Circle and Prenatal Pilates. Pilates is on Monday evenings at 6:15pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30am, Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings (this class only is on the fascine) at 8am. All classes go for 1 hour.
SHRED is a combination class of low-impact free weights exercises and HIIT! Super high energy, great for building strength and endurance while torching hundreds of calories! This class is popular with all age groups and fitness levels!
Shred is on Monday and Friday mornings at 5:30-6:30am in the studio.
Dance Fit - LNDA's Dance Fit class is a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time! The class is led by Liz and you can expect to jump, lunge, grapevine, gallop, pivot, squat, spin, shake and bounce for 45 minutes straight! A very popular class and great for all ages and abilities! Dance Fit is on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:40-6:25pm at the LNDA studio.
Group Training - energetic group fitness classes for all ages! Held in the studio Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45-7:30am. Tuesdays is a cardio circuit and Thursdays is a free-weights circuit. Please bring your own mat, kettlebell and dumbbells, or, if you don't have any weights, please let us know and we will provide some for you.

All Pilates and fitness classes are $10 each or buy a 10 class pass for $80 or a 30 class pass for $200. Passes have a 6 month expiry from date of purchase.
