The Liz Newton Pilates and PT Ultimate Fitness Challenge starts on August 1st 2020! Get on board for an inspiring, educational and motivating journey that will help you smash your fitness goals and get into the best shape of your life!
Support is provided every step of the way! Here's a look at what participants in The Challenge receive:
Unlimited support throughout the 6 weeks
Nutritional advice, recipes, meal plan inspiration, and 3 healthy cooking workshops
Unlimited group fitness classes
After hours access to the studio for use of the fitness equipment
Weekly Food diary assessment and feedback
Body Composition weigh-ins every two weeks
Access to the exclusive Challengers Only Facebook page where you'll find heaps of online workout videos, meal ideas and daily inspiraration
In addition to all of this, the Challengers also have the option to train every Sunday with Liz. Each weekend we'll be doing a group run, adding 2.5km on each week so that at the end of the Challenge we are either jogging or walking 21km! There is no pressure to participate in these weekend runs; they are offered as an added bonus for those who want to challenge themselves to be able to complete a half marathon. They are also a great way for the Challenge crew to connect and get to know one another! The group runs are followed by coffee and catch up either in town or at the studio.
